My work on the Blues paintings is intuitive and spontaneous. I am inspired by the music of Muscle Shoals Radio. They play old artists like Fats Waller, Etta James, Stevie Ray Vaughn, to todays Amy Winehouse and Johnny Lang. The paintings stretch and reshape ones perception of this music.
